Colony Builders, Inc. is a full-service construction company focusing on the private sector with broad expertise in both ground-up and upfit construction. The company operates throughout the Carolinas and carries an unlimited general contractor license for both states. We specialize in Dental, Medical, Retail and General Office construction and take a personal approach to each and every project. We are primarily a design-build contractor that offers our clients a single-solution process covering construction, design, architectural, and engineering services, but can also serve a variety of client needs.

We take pride in providing a high level of service and quality, while maintaining an aggressive schedule and competitive budget. Our new client list is growing daily; however, we truly appreciate our repeat clients, many of which we have helped to relocate and expand over the years.
